In the summer of 2002, the Blackstone Valley Nam Vets had the honor of sponsoring The Moving Wall.

The Wall came to Whitinsville on July 29, and remained with us until August 4.  It was the highlight for many Veterans, their families, and people around the Blackstone Valley.  We have to remember that there are many people that have never seen the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C.

We had picked the hottest week on record for many many years, we had a thunder storm come through that blew all of our headquarters area everywhere and into the trees, but in the end we wouldn't have taken back one day of this very moving experience.
